A dream come true!
Photo-reference-for-comic-artist has made one of my desires, a collection of images of high quality and evolving without the problem of copyright.
Drawing from many years and now I am a professional in the field of 'illustration and graphic design for film and television. I can say that the foundation of a beautiful illustration, often, almost always, there is a composition created with photo references, credible. Even talking about classical painting in past centuries to get to today, the great painters have always used reference models, perhaps the most famous Caravaggio could mention, but almost all real models used to make the works more credible. Today, after so many years we have photography to help! This site offers a number of pictures crazy, all at high resolution and perfect for any type of work. I remember as a child when I started to draw, cut out the pictures in fashion magazines of my mother, to use the templates as references ... I had folders full of papers, in fact I still remember ... Today, however I have a hard drive full of reference images royalty FREE! A database of amazing images, good for the illustrations in comic books, but also for other illustrations. That's why I started my testimony saying: A dream come true!
And one more thing:
The people who run the site are very helpful and listen to user requests, I myself can testify that I had applied for some pictures with the presence of a dog, sending sketches fast, to understand the type of poses that I wanted. .. After a few days on the website photos were published!
I do not know what to ask for more!

Director of Integrated TechnologyGreat site. An absolute incredible resource for artists (and I do not think I am using hyperbole here).
I've been frustrated by the lack of such resources on the Internet (or even in books), too many are too pornographic for most artists to use, or are too poor quality to be of much use, or offer far too few pose choices (and usually charge far too much for such small offerings).
For the cost of a couple of artist books one can have full access to your site for a year and the many poses the site contains.
Plus, what book lets its customers request poses?
I kept saying to myself "excellent, great, finally, now that's what I've been looking for for quite awhile" and so on as I perused (and downloaded) the various pose galleries.
I've returned to my core love of writing and drawing lately (life is too short) and it is so great to find a site that helps one "have a nice and creative day."
